Hello! My name is Laurie Schmidt. 

I was born a Mid West girl but have lived in the Chester County Pa area for the last 35 years.
My family – husband and three boys and I have lived in the West Chester area for 25 years.

Our family business, Schmidt Construction has been my gateway for the love of Real Estate. Navigating for years on the construction side has given me the excitement to work on the – Helping people find their forever home/investment side.  As well as being an asset to buyers/sellers to help make their dreams a reality 

As a full time realtor, I will work with you on your endeavors and make it as positive and stress-free of an experience as it can be!!
